HI for the end of the night we are doing the traditional Scottish song "Loch Lomond" then I think we will have the very last song as 500 Miles. Both songs very popular with drunken Scots, and usually have the party jumping, and ending on a high.
I do love that song, in fact I think I love anything by Bryan Adams full stop!lol xIdeas, help and advice always welcome, judgements and assumptions are not!!:happyhearMarrying my Mr Perfect 2013

Can't access YouTube at work, but I guess you have chosen Summer of 69? Great song, but not for me.
I am Scottish so will also be jumping about to a bit of Loch Lomond at the end of the night

hmm im not sure, the venue gets all the staff on the dance floor with us and does a skit to the song we choose, for frank sinatra they had hats and threw them in the air, h2b doesnt like swing though so im not sure what we can do with his taste in music!I am not bossy I just have better ideas:p0

In my opinion, it's not a wedding if it doesn't end with the bride and groom in the middle of a circle of high kicking guests and Frank Sinatra's version of 'New York New York'."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

No idea yet...we'll be leaving a little before the end of the night to escape to a local hotel but will have some kind of farewell song. At my first wedding we had You'll Never Walk Alone - I'm a Liverpool fan, he was (is) Evertonian, his family were split red and blue and the blues refused to sing lol0
