Have you tried to enter readings and obtain the usual graph? It`s a hopeless site now, whoever has modified it has now ruined it. Not worth using any more

Is there anyway to retrieve the data that I have been inputting for over a year? Did you get any response from the email?

Yes I've had several responses to various emails.

To login you have to use a link they sent. I found mine in the junk mail folder.

All the old data is there but it does not look like it did before.

I have told them I don't think it's user friendly and they said they will wait to see what other responses they get. So please email them everyone and they may just put it back.

A new feature is you can download the data as a csv file.

I like some of the functions like the DDH stuff, but really don't like how they've changed the carbon clubs, there is no point in belonging to any now and it gives out your email... not good!

I am an administrator of a group (of people from work) and I can see all the groups emails and postcodes. Not sure that is a good thing - not such a problem when I know them anyway but I have left all the groups where I was a member in case anyone else can see that information.
