Recycling HP Officejet ink cartridges

Hi folks. Can anyone help? I have been quite happily recycling the HP ink cartridges with Boots and getting some lovely extra points for my advantage card, but now they have stopped accepting the HP officejet cartridges. I have a fair few of the 940XL's, coloured and black and white and I can't find anywhere that will accept them. I wouldn't mind cash or reward points! Did try a website that offers cash for cartridges but yet again, these ones weren't listed? Any ideas folks? Thank you!

Thank you Crazyguy. This may sound really mean, but I could have done with somewhere that I get something back in return like cash or rewards points for the cartridges. Unless I have misunderstood, that website puts the cartridges to good use, but there's nothing in return. This does sound terrible doesn't t, but we're on our uppers at the moment!

Ah, bless yer cotton socks crazy guy for trying again for me - did have a look at that website but they don't accept my particular ink cartridges. Don't know why, its not a particularly old printer and even the new printer I now have uses the same cartridges, so third time lucky for me please crazy guy?!!!

Have looked at the list, but not altogether convinced mine will be accepted so as there is a charge if its not listed, I think I will ring them just to make sure. Thanks for your time and effort Crazy Guy. Any other takers for places to recycle for money or reward points?!

I got 300pts for 2 cartridges looks like they are now paying 100pts per cartridge. some msers have reported pts not crediting or tesco saying cartridge lost in post but i had no issues, pts credited within a month hth
