First Time Landlord - BTL options

Hi,

just had an offer accepted for my first BTL and had a chat with the agent broker. This is not a whole market broker and, as a FTL she told me there are only

TMW
Northernrock
Natwest

Now, I'm looking at unbias to find a local whole market IFA broker close to mine.

Can you name some other lenders with products for me (just to benchmark the broker I'm going to find and query this week).?

I know RBS is another one.

Thanks
Gio

Kensington Mortgages (intermediary only access) consider first time landlords (must have a current mortgage, held for min 12 mths).

    Hope this helps

  • Ipswich BS also consider FTLs - and accept direct business (intermediary only in specified geographical areas). Have a google for their website and contact details

  • Also just checked out Halifax and I can't see any restriction re FTLs - max ltv 75% as is IBS (haven't asked what LTV you're looking for, hope they still suit)
