Topcashback - Missing commission given to another company.

I have twice had my missing commission claims come back saying that the retailer has informed them the monies have been paid to another company.

The retailer cannot provide who the company was to Topcashback due to data protection (Which I understand) so i'm pushing for a contact within the retailer to provide this information directly to me.

I'm fully aware of cookies and tracking and can without doubt 100% state that the transaction I made was with topcashback alone and I know of nothing that should have effected that.

I believe another company is fraudulent claiming this money and would like to find out who so I can report them.

What I would like to know, has anyone else had this experience as I don't know how common it is.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

This was my first visit to the site in some time

All correct procedure was followed which is why I want to investigate who has got the money as I believe them to have made a fraudulent claim to receive the commission.

Obviously the only way to do this is by knowing the details. I want to know which company has gained the details and how.

    Hi Sarah,

What was the transaction? I ask as I remember that there was an issue with insurance when people had done a comparison using gocompare et al and then gone through a cashback site.
Commission had been awarded to comparison sites even after cleaning cookies etc. (think Halifax was the main culprit at the time).

    Regards,

    Darren
