I don't think they do. I had a missed call from them & they didn't leave a message but they rang me the following day again to inform me of my win.

I recall reading on here a while back, where someone did get an email, as the phone number they entered was incorrect.

I was left a short message saying they'd call back again, which they did the next day.

i think they would e-mail but i think they would spend a good couple of weeks calling and leaving msgs first!

They changed their terms and conditions a while ago, they used to say how many times they would call per day/week over a four week period and e-mail was also mentioned as a method of contact, now they just state

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner on the phone number provided when entering the competition or such other method of contact deemed appropriate by the Promoter in its sole discretion in the circumstances

so it would be up to them to choose to e-mail or not (if they only phone it stops people making up loads of nonexistant phone numbers to gain extra entries)
