I can't help you with your question but i can help you get answers..
A lot of people won't bother helping if they read it because of the refusing to pay the CSA and wanting to sell the house to avoid them.. You might be better elaborating a bit on it so people can see why he needs to do it and depending on the reasons you may get a more sympathetic approach from people who can help
