Help please...Lloyds!

Hi All......

Need your expertise please :o)

I took out a personal loan with Lloyds back in 2008 and re-financed in dec 2009, both had PPI... I made claims against the PPI and both have been upheld....Please can one of the calculator wizards give me some idea what I may be expecting back...Its been a month since I sent back my acceptance form and still nothing!!

Loan agreement date; 30/06/2008
Loan amount; 15,000
PPI; 4,300.97
PPI payment; 57.37
interest rate; 8.04%
Loan Term; 84 months

Loan refinanced september 2009..Letter recieved from Lloyds

We have recently been informed that you have repaid your personal loan in full and that your loan insurance rebate of £2943.75 has been deducted from the total settlement figure of your loan.........

current loan ( still running )

Loan agreement date; 30/12/2009
Loan amount; 22,000
PPI; 7.986.72
PPI payment; 95.08
( This premium includes insurance premium tax at a rate of 5% )
Interest rate overall; 14.01%
Loan term; 84 months.

I cancelled my PPI payments back in may 2011........

  • I've found the best times to call Lloyds TSB have been first thing in the morning (normally waiting about 10 - 15 minutes then). They appear to have conveniently "lost" my letters in the post.
