I came across a wonderful website - wearewhatwedo.org.uk
It basically, just persuades us all to do things which lead to a better quality of life. Whilst I do some of the things already (thanks to this site!), there are some things which I don't:
Walk more (very MSE!)
Get off a bus stop early
Turn your thermostat down by 1 degree
Use fabric bags rather than plastic bags
Instead of buying a friend a gift, bake them something instead
Use both sides of every piece of paper
I think, on the website, there are currently 132 "Action Plans" (eg similar to the ones above) and the great thing is, you can come up with your own idea/s to add to the list.
There's no subscription fees or anything, it's just someone's idea of making the world a nicer and better place to live in.
For those of us who meal plan (and occasionally run out of ideas), there's also a Recipe Book of recipes that people have had handed down from their family.

I used to be a young speaker for we are what we do, and truly, it is an amazing initiative, if you haven't got one of the books, I'd suggest buying one or borrowing from the library, they are really funny and make great gifts.
