Fleece material online?

Options
Can anyone recommend a shop online or an ebay store to buy fleece material? Looking to use it to line curtains for the winter, and maybe make a throw or two.

I tried my local fabric store, they don't stock it :-(

thanks x

TBH you won't get cheaper than the fleece throws Ikea sell.

got to echo what val says......my daughter's a gcse textiles student and I've bought some of Ikea's fleece blankets for her projects. It's lovely material - just a pity there isnt a choice of more colours.

If you have a QD near you, they have similar sized fleece blankets too. but it's luck of the draw what colours you can get!

  • For more colours than Ikea and some interesting prints, how about Abakhan? They have stores around the North-West and Midlands where you can buy fents by the kilo, craft supplies and all kinds of fabric by the yard. I want to buy loads every time I visit, but have to stop myself. Buying it is easy, using it is another matter!

  • I have lined a pair of curtains with two of the IKEA fleeces and have to recommend them - I am sure you can't buy the material any cheaper! Hope you find something suitable.

  • How about WWW.Abakhan and the Remnant House at Harrogate and Croft Mill (both the last two online but not sure of website. Also penine outdoor stock fleeces but might be expensive. Ithink that you may also be able to buy thermal lining for curtains.
