Hi
I have been looking for a water softener and my budget is limited. I have found one for £425 that will be compatible with a megaflow system that we have installed. This is the webiste that I have picked out and was wondering if anyone has used them or if anyone know if they are safe to purchase from.

The only thing worrying me is that fact that the method of payment is paypal. I would appreciate any input regarding this matter. Thanks.

We bought a softener from this site in October and had no problems.
Although sold as a Freshwater softener the guarantee certificate is from Nuwave - the softener my plumber recommended which cost almost £600 - our Freshwater one was £415. It has a Fleck valve which is supposed to be the best. If you look at nuwave softeners the Freshwater ones are identical.
As for payment - we used a credit card. If you look futher down the page your link is from there is a facility to pay by card.
We've been very happy with the performance of ours.

B & Q do several. The most important bit is the programmer on the top.
If you look, they practically all use the same programmer anyway, regardless of what you pay for it.0 -
Thanks paulac and moonrakerz - I think I need to look into this a little bit more. ta.0
