Wanting to send some flowers just went to Quidco to order through them and Value flora seems to have disappeared I know a lot of peeps diddnt like the flowers but I have in the past Ordered 2 red roses for peeps at a really reasonable price with P&P plus Quidco you couldnt go wrong.
I know you can go straight to the website but I wanted the Quidco savings also Anywhere else that pay you for shopping via Value Flora?

The Valueflora website is there but none of their flowers are available, anybody know whats happened?

I sent their flowers at Christmas and they died the next day. Customer service was good though and they sent another bouquet. I think they had supplier issues.

i am still waiting for a refund and keep getting fobbed off, been waiting 3 months now and keep getting "it will be processed next week, by end of month , by end of year, it will be requested again today"!

I was a supplier and yes we had issues so we parted company in Dec. I'd still like to find out whats happened to them

I was in the same position regarding waiting for refund. I eventually decided to email their Managing director (Russel Hirst) and he responded and sorted out my refund cheque which arrived yesterday. I would suggest you try this approach as it worked for me!

I used this link to Value Fora - then clicked on the contact us section at the bottom of the page - then found a direct link to email Russel.
