I went to Talbot Green today (South Wales - quite a big Tesco extra) and the white prices on the shelf for some of the items were the cheap/glitchy prices! The ones that were probably glitches had a small star next to them. I bought the following:

Fisher price Playtime bouncer chair - precious planet - £10 (Tesco direct -44.95)
Fisher price cot piano - precious plantet £7 (£30ish)
Baby dan triple baby gate - £12 (54.95)
Lollipop lane bedding essential starter set (huge!) - £7 (like this but in yellow)
Tesco light green baby boa fleecy blanket (green with an embroidered elephant and giraffe on it) - £2.25
    Lamaze rattle - £1.25
Sunshine kids change and go travel diaper kit - £2.50 (£6.99 +£2.75 on amazon)
    Tomy Ultimate all seasons baby carrier/sling - £13 (£57)

Thanks for this - I also managed to get a Lamaze toy today for £1.25 in the M1ddleton store. They still had a load of hip seats too - full price SEL of £37 but scanning at £9.

Wish I could find the cot piano...

In Eastg#te Brist0l I got an Avent baby monitor and the Summer baby monitor today as I didn't know which one I wanted! Will research and take the other back. they also had some hip seats and the green blankets, but I didn't get them.

Cr1bbs C#useway home store had white, pink and blue blankets, some safety gates, loads of Galt play mobiles for £4.50, a bouncer for £13.xx but only reduced from £20 I think and toys that where quite well reduced, but most have white sels. Also, I found a scanner in the clothing part, which was helpful.

Forgot to say, also got a cream chicco baby carrier for 6 pounds. There was a few.

The Gro-bags are scanning at £5.00 for 0-6 months, and £16.00 for 6-18 months at Se@croft (blue tractor design).
  • has anyone been on these boards long enough to notice if Mr Ts make the same mistake twice?? i mean, whats the likelyhood of the baby items being heavily discounted like this again? same with the beer glitch some time ago, and the electrical items etc..... is it more of the case of, once in a blue moon??

  • Got a baby hip carrier and the blue Lindem bed thingy. (to stop them rolling off the bed). Nothing else left, although I did take a trolley full of baby items to the price checker. People were looking at me weirdly. =/
I hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!

Been on this board a long time and never seen loads of baby bargains at the same time before. I would say get them while you can.

  • I decided to take a trip to the co@tbrigde Mr T's to see if i could find any more bargains for my wee baby, came accross a few there, they were all SEL prices too.

    The Fisher Price cot Soother £8 SEL - it's £30.10 in Wish@w!
The blue wedge pillow for breast feeding was £7 SEL
Braun Thermoscan thermometer £29.91 (£37.89 online and in wish@w)

and actually quite a few more bargains too, only problemwith the co@tbrigde store is that they don't have working self scanners instore!
