This is my first freebie posted.

The Devon based band KOLO will be in the recording studio in February and will then be releasing their second free EP in the Spring of 2007
To pre-order your copy just email your postal address to them at kolo-band@hotmail.com with "New Kolo EP" as the subject.

About Kolo
The band was formed in the summer of 2005 by three former schoolmates, Kolo have established a large nationwide fanbase through a combination of their intensive gigging and the distribution of their acclaimed debut release, the 'Normandy House EP', to over 4,000 music lovers across the country (for FREE!).

Drawing influences from a wide range of their favourite artists (from The Jam to the incredible Beverley Craven), Kolo manage to incorpate operatic vocals, snappy 2 minute pop songs, attempted murder ballads, spanish salsas and trekking inspired indie-rock within their live set.

I think it's fair enough to really give away your own stuff. What do others think?

Couldn't get the myspace track to play, and no trace of a CD on the studio post BTW!

Its seems fair... unless its me, cos my posts keep getting deleted...what did I do so bad? i just wanted to be nice and give free things away...no ulterior motive...enlighten me!

EP UPDATE

:j All recording is now finished, and we're in the final stages of mixing.
Release is scheduled for the beginning of April, you lucky, lucky people.:j

The new E.P. came in the post today

Entitled "Thank You For The Burning Sensation" the CD contains 5 tracks and it's as every bit as good as the bands first EP
