  • Trousers cancelled for me too.
  • Wicked, M&S have charged me for the whole order with jackets and trousers, then again for the trousers! Watch out! I'll have to give them a call I guess.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead

  • M&S charged me for the whole order I made, even the bits that weren't in stock, then charged me again for the bits that were in stock! I rang them and I am not happy with the response I got.

They told me that they don't take payment until an order is picked, which clearly isn't true, because they have taken a payment for something that was not in stock and cancelled, therefore could never have been picked. They also took the payment the day after the order was cancelled!

Then they tried to tell me they never took the money that shows up on my bank statement, then conceded that they had taken the money, but I shouldn't be bothered because they had already refunded it (which they didn't tell me to begin with). She asked me if I was looking at an online statement, I replied yes and she said that it only shows up because it's an online statement and not a paper one. I've never heard such rubbish it doesn't even make sense, it had come out of my actual balance not just my available balance, that means they've taken the money! I'm pretty sure it will be on my next paper statement.

She said me it will take 4 working days to get my money back, so I won't see it until next week. So basically they have borrowed my money, without my permission then tried to deny that they had done it. I will be writing to M&S about this.

    i would say calm down
    they have been hammered
anyone having charge issues give it a few days
its obvious they are having isues with stock and what the systems are showing/doing
given the low figures involved its not exactly the end of the wrld to give them a few days
