Has anyone tried Soft Sheeps Cheese? I'm thinking of ordering some for my veggie box but not sure what is it like and whether we will like it or not..lol

I used to buy goats and sheeps milk cheese for my dairy allergic son - along with buffalo mozzarella.
sheeps milk cheese seems to be much milder than goats, though it CAN be salty and tangy (good Feta is made with sheeps cheese). personally, I love the creamy ones but just like cows milk cheese there is a heck of a lot of variation in taste and texture. go ahead and try it!
I am racking my brains trying to remember the names of some of the cheeses - I tended to buy them from farmers markets and they werent labelled. will go on a hunt in a mo and see if any names ring any bells!0
