Beware tesco by five and a drink for £10

:mad: Just had my online order delivered, I didn't realise when it came that they had substituted one of my promotional items for a similar non promotional one(even though there are lots of other products that are included in the offer which they could have used instead.) This switch by Tesco which on paper was 70 pence cheaper caused me to pay over £12 more for my goods. Customer services refuse to do anything as it's apparently in their terms and conditions. It feels like a massive con trick and it feels like a deliberate move to get out of a promotion which was to good to be true.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Call back, they will refund eventually. ive had this before on the meat offers, they worked out a refund for me, try calling them again.0

in the Belfast Metro the offer does not include wine although display about 3 paces away from wine section - you can only choose soft drink! Grr! I didn't really fancy a coke with my mozarella balls!!;)0

I've had this before with their 2 dine for £10 offer, they bought me a normal tesco cheesecake instead of the finest one... I called CS and they refunded me straight away. Must depend on who you get on the phone, I'd call back until they refund you
