My Lidl Is More Like Netto These Days.

Went in 3 times last week and the shop is looking scruffy and empty spaces on the shelves. Each time i went in there were no mushrooms at all, they seem to have stopped doing dog biscuit there's hasn't been any for over a month, basmati rice has been out of stock for ages and now they have stopped doing the Clarkes bourbon whiskey i liked.Started to go to Aldi and found it much better,i think it's cheaper too.

  • I thought my Lidl were out of mushrooms too this morning......but they have been moved and are no longer with fruit and veg!! ;)

Now they are in a seperate chiller area with stawberries, grapes etc.

In Southampton they had white ones, chestnut ones and big flat ones - but none at all where I expected to find them.

Might be the same in your Lidl?

so are staff not allowed breaks nowadays?
if the store is understaffed, would they need their breaks more?

Of course they need a break not 3 at once while shelves are empty though.
