Chicken Tetrazzini

Has anyone got a recipe for Chicken Tetrazzini?

I have googled the name and there is a couple of recipes but as I don't know what it is supposed to taste like so I'm not sure which one I should use. I want to use the most authentic recipe.:)

  • If you don't know what it's supposed to taste like you should be able to use any recipe you like. if in doubt I would generally try one of Jamie Oliver's first. I don't see how you can go wrong: pasta, chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce all baked. Easy!
