Oh I wont be I know damn well they can't refuse it as the contract forms on dispatch as per their own t&c's (NOT that I've read them in full for previous glitches 
) PLUS I seem to get along with the guy on the desk so I've never had any problems luckily!

i'm pretty sure you collect these from the f&f desk not the direct desk, so u might not get your guy

I've collected a clothes order before from the direct desk... have they changed it? And very true, most the time they forget to do any of the security/ID checks when collecting, just pass you a bag and your on your way lol:ji'm pretty sure you collect these from the f&f desk not the direct desk, so u might not get your guy theres no reason to be embarassed collecting it anyway they have no idea wats in the bag anyway :jThe Money Saving Wannabe :j
