I never got round to doing a meal plan this week, so must try harder! I am due to start a course next week which runs on Monday and Thursday evenings. On those nights, I won't get in until about 10pm, so probably won't bother with dinner.

    Monday - at college

Tuesday - meatloaf with pasta and tomato sauce (as in pasta sauce, not ketchup!)

    Wednesday - chicken fajitas

    Thursday - at college

Friday - i'm meeting my brother after work so we may well eat out. If not, i'll find something when i'm home

Saturday - bacon and courgette risotto

Sunday - rigatoni sausage pasta bake
    Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100
  • Now I'm back at work on Monday I'm going to start it up again.

The rigatoni sausage pasta bake sounds lovely, thanks for the recipe.
Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker :)
  • Saterday - Steak in creamy garlic sauce, chips & salad.
    L/O rhubarb crumble
sunday - Chicken Tikka Masala, Basmati Rice & poppadoms
    L/O rhubarb crumble
monday - Spicy mushroom and chickpea burgers, chard salad
tuesday - Gnocchi with tomato & mozzerella
    weds - toasted sandwiches & H/M slaw
thursday - Spaghetti Bolegnese in SC
Friday - Smoked Haddock ( maybe done in a creamy sauce a la Nigel Slater) with baked potatoes & L/O slaw
Saterday - not sure, depends on what I'm doing
sunday - Pasta with courgette sauce and spinach balls

need to buy - white cabbage, smoked haddock, courgettes, cream & maybe parmesan.

lunches will be L/O's or portions of soup from freezer. Will make a new batch of soup in SC this week too.
Snacks are H/M popcorn, H/m cake ( not sure what yet) or fruit, yoghurts or tinned rice puddings.
Grocery challenge October: £228.28/£250.00 NSD 4 ( not completed)
    Grocery challenge November : £291.65/300.00 NSD 10
