Meal Plans WB 12th September 2011

I never got round to doing a meal plan this week, so must try harder! I am due to start a course next week which runs on Monday and Thursday evenings. On those nights, I won't get in until about 10pm, so probably won't bother with dinner.
Monday - at college
Tuesday - meatloaf with pasta and tomato sauce (as in pasta sauce, not ketchup!)
Wednesday - chicken fajitas
Thursday - at college
Friday - i'm meeting my brother after work so we may well eat out. If not, i'll find something when i'm home
Saturday - bacon and courgette risotto

Saterday - Steak in creamy garlic sauce, chips & salad.
L/O rhubarb crumble
sunday - Chicken Tikka Masala, Basmati Rice & poppadoms

monday - Spicy mushroom and chickpea burgers, chard salad
tuesday - Gnocchi with tomato & mozzerella
weds - toasted sandwiches & H/M slaw
thursday - Spaghetti Bolegnese in SC
Friday - Smoked Haddock ( maybe done in a creamy sauce a la Nigel Slater) with baked potatoes & L/O slaw
Saterday - not sure, depends on what I'm doing
sunday - Pasta with courgette sauce and spinach balls
need to buy - white cabbage, smoked haddock, courgettes, cream & maybe parmesan.
lunches will be L/O's or portions of soup from freezer. Will make a new batch of soup in SC this week too.
Snacks are H/M popcorn, H/m cake ( not sure what yet) or fruit, yoghurts or tinned rice puddings.Grocery challenge October: £228.28/£250.00 NSD 4 ( not completed)
