That sounds like a great plan Queenie, I might just join you :D

Don't think I am organised enough to try a months plan yet, 8 days is about my limit, and my freezers of course! But well done, all sounds great !

Peanut str fry, any chance of the recipe ?
One day I might be more organised...........

Peanut stirfy is just stirfried veg with a handful of peanuts sprinkled over and a dash of soy and perhaps sherry if I'm feeling racy. All my recipes are quick and idiot proof [they must be if I do them...that's my criteria for all recipes!!] and they have to be tasty. I'm a reasonable cook but it's not one of my faves [a bit like gardening really....oops I shall get myself chucked off the OS board again:D :D if I'm not careful!!]

I didn't realise you and Racy cooked together!? Always thought she was a red wine girl myself

li'l me - if you write down those 8 days on your calendar, then you do another 8 days worth of menu's and write those down ... continue to do that throughout the month and you'll soon have a month's worth of menu's all planned out :D
If you get into the habit of doing it, you could end up with a whole year's worth of menu plans and they'll be seasonal too :money:
