Hey everyone I have finally set the ship sailing on its journey to becoming solvent again
Its been a long process to get here with CAB appointments, solicitors appointments and then the Judge who stamped the form yesterday and sent me on my way.
The next step is to hear from the OR, which I am quite nervous about, more nervous than when I was in the waiting room yesterday were there was at least 50 other people. I couldnt believe how many were there. Someone from every walk of life. I, myself am 25 and there were other people waiting who were younger than myself. It goes to show we are not alone at all and we are certainly not in the minority when it comes to declaring bankruptcy.:)
Anyone who is thinking of going through this process need not be scared. I was terrified at the thought of BR until I stumbled across this forum and boy am I glad I did.
I just want to say a HUGE thank you to you all. Especially the top cats with the wealth of knowledge, Info and time that is dedicated to this forum in answering all the questions...... Dojoman, Fermi, IF, Debtinfo. Just everyone that has offered me advice.:starmod:
I will continue to lurk and I will be proud to have my name added to the September BR Club
Thank you everyone!
JCG xx

You'll be fine Lala, even the court official was having a good laugh whilst we were all waiting to see the Master. He called our names and said........next..........next..........next.......It was like a production line :rotfl::smileyheaMarried on 20/07/2012! :smileyhea

I hope they only hang me upside down for 24 hours. That would be enough. :rotfl::smileyheaMarried on 20/07/2012! :smileyhea
