I am divorced & have a consent order sealed by the court to by my ex out of the house. On the consent order it give us 56 days & I have my mortgage in place but he is delaying signing the transfer of equity form.
Can anyone give me some advice? I have 2 children & have had a terrible time trying to divorce my ex getting any money for the kids.
What will happen if he decided not to sign?
Many Thanks

Return to court if necessary. Judges do not take kindly to having their their time wasted.
Speak to your solicitor.
My guess is the form will be signed on the midnight hour. So don't get stressed. All is in your favour.0
