QS closing down sale (Colwyn Bay only?)

I walked past the Colwyn Bay branch of QS earlier today and there were big "Closing Down Sale" posters in the window. It did say at the bottom "End Of Lease" so it sounds like this is store specific. They weren't open at the time so I couldn't investigate further.
n.b. The Store 21 shop in Llandudno (which is part of the same company) recently had an end of lease closing down sale that must have lasted 18 months. The closing down sale has now ended but the shop is still open!

The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

I've just popped into QS and it was a bit disappointing although as they've stopped selling mens clothing there was never going to much for me anyway. The childrens section seems to have shrunk a bit and there wasn't much there. There were a few bits and pieces left over from the sale that's been going on for months now. A decent sized section of the ladies clothing had "21% Off" posters (don't know why 21%!) although this looked like it might just a promotion taking place in all their stores. There was no real evidence of a closing down sale taking place. Maybe the posters are just there to try to encourage their landlord to reduce the rent .The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
