Repaying ccj in full

I currently have a ccj with a high street bank that is five years old and I still owe £4600 on. However I am in the position to be able to pay this off and am wondering if it is usual to ask the bank for a discount for early repayment. I am paying it off at £152.00 per month so still have a good length of time left before they get their money back. Has anyone have any experience of this who could offer advice on how much to offer them in full settlement? The bank is RBS if that makes any difference.

Yes, I would certainly haggle with them to try and get a discount. But don't let them know you have the money, or they might go back to court to order you to repay in full or at least increase the monthly payment.0
