Hi there, just wondered if anyone no`s of any reputable mortgage specialists/lenders who may be able to help me with my quest.
I`ve been discharged from bankruptcy for nearly 2 years now and have the option on a 50% shared ownership property.
I`ve been dealing with a firm off the internet who say they can sort me a mortgage but i`m starting to get bad vibes from them as call and emails are often ignored.
any suggestions please?
many thanks

OK, firstly, have you cleaned up your credit file? Do you have a deposit, if so, how much in percentage of your 50% share?
Your best bet will be to speak to an Independant Financial Advisor who will have access to a wider range of mortgages than any high street lender. Make sure they are regulated by the IFA (Institute of Financial Accountants) and will not charge you a fee, all regulated advisors make their money on commission from the lenders. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
