Mortgage Offer - can I cancel/change?

Have an offer from Abbey(Santander) of a 2yr FTB fixed deal for 22years on a 140K property with 10% deposit.
We have signed the mortgage deed that the conveyancer sent us but sale is progresing very slowly.
Does this mean we are now stuck with this mortgage or can I still look around for a better deal?
thanks

Nothing to stop you although if you've paid fees they may not be refundable (check your KFI)0

Thanks for that, thinking about it, I guess unless the money has been drawn by the solicitor then I can cancel it (and lose any fees already paid)?

Yes that's right, you're fine to cancel until the funds have drawn down0
