Had a letter from Littlewoods today that said:

Dear *Karmaimages*

You have been selected from thousands of names to recieve a sum of money to spend as you wish on littlewoods goods*

The value of the awards are set out below of wich id allocated to:

My anme and address


Then You have a post card to sign and send back to them. No stamp required and the reward will be sent out within 28 days with a catalog to choose the prizes from.


Have i won anything or is this just something for the bin?

Sounds like a standard marketing thing to get you to send for their catalogue. Does it say you have won or you could have won? Bet it says an amount has been allocated but doesn't tell you how much. Could only be a fiver, and you have to spend £100 to get it or something like that.

Just standard misleading marketing, don't bother with it unless you actually want a catalogue.

When they say you have been selected for a sum of money that probably means they will give you say £3 or £4k credit to spend with them like they give all their customers;)

Hope you shredded it first, Rogjen - I've started shredding all my junk mail because much of it seems to be around giving me money to spend and I don't want someone else to spend it on my behalf!!!
