Vodafone & capquest

My son received a letter from vodafone suspending his account because he owes £130. He rang vodafone & agreed a repayment plan. They were very helpful & we thought all was sorted.
But the very next day cap quest started hounding him about the vodafone debt. They are very rude & agressive. He & I have told them a debt repayment plan has been agreed with vodafone but they refuse to listen. They ring daily & have sent a letter.
I am unhappy about them ringing my home every day & it's causing stress. How do we get them to stop ringing & making threats?

if they call again take down their details and pass on to the OFT there are guidelines they need to be following, follow it up with a letter send it to them and vodafone and ensure you put in there that all communication must be in writing from now on.

have a read on there, its very helpful. They could loose their licence if found guilty of not following procedure.
Also write down each and every time the call, date time and number they have called from if you can get it.0 -
