    R83 - just been told our offer has been issued today from Halifax! Havent had eyes on it yet but thought I would let you know!

    Awesome lnbr!! Hearty congratulations to you & wish you well in ur new house :) I think for us it may take another couple of weeks, since I am an overseas immigrant in the UK and they have to look at our visa and all that. But hey ho, enjoy your new home :) I will keep posted fingers cross :) xxx

    Whilst admitting that you tend to pay slightly more for a new build, I like the fact that you know what the house price should be even though you don't know where it is, what size etc! Great bit of advice, keep it coming!!
