Sorry but don't find these genralised threads of any use. If and when an item is deemed a bargain it needs its own thread so the heading shows in the forum, and people see the particular item.
This is primarily speculative chat and / or re-iterating other threads (ie tesco clearance).
can we get back to a thread for each item?
I created the same thread for 2010 and by the end of the year it had received over 175,000 views, so I'm guessing some people do appreciate this style of thread/discussion. There is no reason why particularly great deals can't have their own separate thread, along with being posted in here

I agree with Monkeyboy, have 2 boys aged 15 & 5, so need other ideas that aren't an iPod or Lego/Hot Wheels (have got certain threads bookmarked already:D).
Monster high stuff will be great for 2 nieces and friends girls!
Thank you, Monkeyboyadams :jMy countdown to christmas 2011 began when I discovered this forum, thank you everyone! :rudolf::xmastree::rudolf:0 -

Personally I suspect that this thread has been created with the intention of sourcing what to buy to resell on ebay.
Although it will obviously help out an awful lot of genuine people.0 -
I'm not sure how popular this is, but have seen a few people posting how happy they are with this price, so hopefully it'll appeal to someone:

There are often free P&P codes at weekends. Also, don't forget to claim the free tub of celebrations, always welcomed at Christmas

Sorry, but I agree with Aidy. If a grabbit does come up, it needs to have a separate thread of its own so that people can see it clearly. No point listing things under here in one lump. Also, if your old thread had over 175,000 views not many people took you up your Grabbit and thanked you did they, as your rating is only 228?! :j0 -

Or maybe like many other genuine people on here, I have 2 young cousins and 2 nieces that I am very fond of and I too would like to know what is likely to go down a hit with them, whilst not breaking the bank. I have nothing to hide here, I have an Ebay account, from which I buy and sell from, however my products are all either imported from china or sourced from wholesalers and the likes. You would be right in this thread being created for slightly selfish reasons, but not the reasons you are assuming, plus if this thread will help many others too then we will all be happy!!

Like I said I suspect the same thread has been created again to source items to sell on ebay, as the op has not been very prolific in posting this year, to say he is so proud of his 175,000 views from the same thread last year, I maybe wrong but I doubt it.0 -
COSTCO Derby have loads of Monster High dolls in stock. I think they were about £7 each. I know it wasn't double figures.0
