500 Euros spending money
23. To be eligible to receive the 500 Euros the winner and guest must agree to travel to Paris, which is a key condition of the prize.
24. 500 Euros will be paid to the winner in cash two weeks in advance of the chosen date of the journey to Paris.
25. The dates of the trip shall be discussed with the winner once the winner is contacted to inform them that they have received the prize. The winner will be asked to confirm their acceptance of the prize and asked to provide suitable dates in which they can take the trip.
26. If the trip to Paris is not taken or is cancelled by the winner, then the 500 Euros will not be given and, if already paid, must be repaid to M&S.
27. This prize must be redeemed and the trip taken between 22nd November 2011 and 28th February 2012.
28. The dates of the prize cannot be altered once the dates have been chosen and the reservation made.

General Terms
31. Competition starts on 9th September 2011
34. M&S will notify the winners by 11.59pm on 21st November 2011. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by 11.59pm on 2nd December 2011 another random draw will take place from completed entries and another winner will be selected.
