Hello first time doing this but here goes
I am due to get a new mortgage deal this year and was wondering if the one account mortgage is a good thing to do?
Has anyone had experience with these styles of mortgage?

the one account generally have higher rates than elsewhere, rates which are also variable!!
You can get mortgages flexible enough to not take this, but they can be handy if you want to have a facility to take a large cash reserve at a later stage!I am a Mortgage Adviser
