Find the weight of a 6ft wooden venetian blind to ship please.

I am selling this blind but to ship it i need the weight and have no means of weighing such a large article, so does anyone by chance know the approx weight please or hazard a guess.

Don't you have any bathroom scales? Stand on with blind, then stand on without. Deduct one from the other = weight of blind.

Failing that, check out this item on Amazon - boxed weight 6kg.

No scales in this house we just don't use them hence the reason i asked, thanks for the amazon info i will sort it out now :beer:

I used to use a neighbours bathroom scales for heavier ebay items. Not very accurate, because they underweighed an item it cost me an extra £3 postage. I have since bought a digital luggage scale from ebay for about £2.20. Bargain, but slow to arrive from China
