Terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is John Brown Digital Ltd of 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR.

2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only.

3. The following people are excluded from entering the Prize Draw: employees of the Promoter and its group companies, and any agencies, advisors, franchisees, suppliers of the Promoter, any employees, agencies, advisors, frachisees and suppliers of Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd, any persons assisting in the Prize Draw, any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert, any person entering via an agent, any person using the services of an entity carrying on the business of entering prize draws and/or prize promotions, and any such entity itself.

4. Entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.

5. No purchase is necessary. Maximum of one entry per person.

6. There shall be one Prize Draw with one winner who will be drawn on 5th March 2012 (Draw Date). The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries in the presence of an independent observer.

7. The competition winner will win a 100% electric Nissan LEAF - for full specification and information on dealerships and colour options please visit https://www.nissan.co.uk/leaf

8. The car will be picked up by the winner from their local EV dealership where a full introduction on how to manage and charge the car will be given.

9. The car will be provided with a standard charging lead in "on the road" condition, with pre-delivery inspection, first registration with DVLA and number plates.

10. Ongoing charging and maintenance is entirely the responsibility of the winner.

11. No other prize alternatives are available. Prize cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Promoter, the Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person within the timeframe specified by the Promoter when notifying the winner

12. The winner is responsible for obtaining and holding a valid and appropriate driving licence and valid insurance

13. The Promoter will not be liable if the winner is not able to take the Prize for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control or if a winner cannot comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Prize Terms and Conditions

14. The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by email or phone within 28 days of the Draw Date (Notification Date). If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner or if a winner cannot be contacted within 14 working days of the Notification Date or if a winner does not agree to comply with the Prize Terms and Conditions a replacement winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion and will be notified by the Promoter by email or phone. To claim a Prize winners will be required to agree to the Prize Terms and Conditions.

15. All participants in the Prize Draw agree not to discredit, denigrate or bring into disrepute the Promoter, its products or services and confirm that they have no reason to believe that their participation in this Prize Draw or the Prize will have such an effect.

16. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize.

17. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that a participant has contravened any of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that participant and to select an alternative participant at random from the remaining eligible entries.

18. At the Promoter’s request, the winner agrees to participate in, and allow the Promoter and Nissan Motor (GB) Limited to use their name and likeness for, advertising and publicity relating to or in connection with this Prize Draw without additional remuneration. In entering the Prize Draw the winner consents to such use of their voice, image photograph, name and likeness.

19. The Promoter will use the winner’s, and each participant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw.

20. The Promoter and Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd, and their business partners may also use the personal details provided by participants to contact participants about Their respective products and services. By entering this Prize Draw, participants hereby indicate their agreement to this use.

21. By entering this Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the accompanying promotional material.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

23. The Prize Draw may appear in other promotional materials.

24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. This Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by or construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
