Help me with my debt

Good morning all,
I have finally admitted to myself and my wife that I am in debt and need help. I am a regular on MSE, and remembered that you guys are here. Basically I had a couple of overdrafts and a ccj which I am paying off, but I fell into the trap of payday loans. I got a few out, and am now in a bit of bother. The first thing I have done is transfer my money into my wifes bank now so I am not left short. I know it was a silly thing to do, but now I am determined to sort thing out as I'm going to be a dad in December for the first time!!
My 2 overdrafts come to £1200, my loans come to about £2000 as some interest has gone on. I also owe some money to gas water and electricity. My ccj relates to an overpayment from an old employer and is at £350.
Looking for help and advice now I hve admitted my problem.
Thanks
Andy
