you should get (if i remember right cos i do it all the time) 1mb of wap, 1 free ringtone, 1 free photo card, 1 free game i think thats all.
If you got more than one card like me, register each one (leave a few days between each one) and keep getting the freebies and then chuck away the sim, I do it all the time
