hi all sorry if this is not in the right place but i have just logged in to my online banking to find a direct debit has been setup to

FRNDS PROV UK

i have know idea what this is does anybody know who they are please?

    Hi its Friends providient ( life insurance) normally collected monthly !
    £10 a day challange Feb 27/435 Jan 530/465

    2012 to pay off CC
    After snowballing should be debt free by Mar 2016
    2011 Target to be overdraft free this year and get debt down!

    thanks for your reply i am only 26 and have not took out any life insurance so i will have to try and locate the company number and ring them up and find out what there playing at and how they have got my bank details .

    It could be for any type of financial product, store credit etc. Are you absolutely sure you haven't taken out anything new at all?

    If so, you need to speak to your bank, not friends prov. Tell them that you have no knowledge of this agreement and they will sort it out for you
