Overdraft, loans, credit cards etc. No harm in borrowing if you repay. So outstanding balance fluctuates and reduces.
However with a constant debt owing. Suggests that the borrower has no capacity to reduce the debt should an unexpected event occur. Nor meet an unexpected expense.0
