mortgage rate good or bad for my situation

hi im buying a 128,450 flat only putting 8,450 down got about 18,000 debt

is this mortgage rate good or could i get better,

30 yr repayment mortgage fixed for 3yrs at a rate of 5.890% on 120,000 +2,495 fees

monthly repayment £725.95

i understand that my amount of debt affects how much you can borrow and what your rate is , so can anyone tell me if the above is a good offer.
