Iceland Sea Bass

I love sea bass but refuse to pay the £6.99 ASDA want for two measly fillets, so when I spotted two fillets with 'mediterranean butter' for £3.00 in Iceland I thought I'd give it a go (although I was a little skeptical). Have just had them with some polenta and roasted garlicky tomatoes (from my garden) - wow! REALLY nice bit of fish - thoroughly recommended.
Their salmon in chilli dressing is also very yummy and also £3.00 for 2 good sized fillets.
