Try any National Rail station with a ticket office, I have had two of these in the last three years
They have three pockets in that fold over each other, dark blue in colour with National Rail and PlusBus branding
I simply asked for one

Pop into your local Barclay's - they often have a table with free CC holders, chequebook holders and allsorts. They also have loads of pen holders around saying please help yourself, though the quality of these has gone down lately! Haven't had to buy a pen in years, what with these and the free ones we keep getting sent through the post!
