tesco crayola pens 62p

Apologies if already posted, I don't post often so please excuse me!

12 crayola supertips pack and 5 Metallica Markers pack bought in a Nottingham Tesco today in 'seasonal' stationery isle.

Both 62p. I don't have kids (bought for my niece) so it's not something I notice the usual price of - but will be nice stocking fillers even if not a massive bargain :)

There was also Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 12 pack for £1 which are luuuurvley pens (but I already have - boo!).

Comments

  • The Metallic markers are brilliant! And usually cost 4 times the price I THINK. We have some at home, they seem to last for ages!
  • I was in earlier (Hayd0ck) and there were loads of clearance stationery items including a scientific calculator for 56p, artist pads (A4) for 55p, A4 notepad with butterflies 71p, A5 pink notepads for 27p... clear film for covering books for 18p & a triple pack of red/blue/clear for 30p as well as lots of types of pens, pencils, staplers etc

Got the sticky back plastic today, both kids needed it for covering one of their school books. Plenty left over for next year too, bargain.

I tried 2 tesco to get the metallic markers and they were 2.50 in both as well.

But I did see the SEL in another store yesterday, so know that they are out there!

i'm fuming about the steadler triplus fineliner'e the Op mentioned
they were marked as $4.50 in one of my stores, no self scanners so asked checkout manager to do pricecheck scanned at £7!!!!!

if had bought and claimed DTd would have cost me £2 but didn't as had just stupidly asked the price

2nd store marked as £4 scanned as £4

    3rd store marked as £6

hope you cleared the shelf at £1 OP

pack of 12 bic markers were 37p though

pack of sharpie permanent markers 12 pack £1.50 in one store £6.50 in oher store!!!!!!

the variability in these prices is shocking, makes me want to rip THEM T's off even more

Staedtler triplus fineliners normal price in my Tesco but there were packs of 12 Sharpie fine tipped permanent markers for £1.50 and Pukka pad A4 refill, 400 sheets for 47p. Neither were with the other reduced stationery and the prices were on ordinary white SELs rather than the yellow reduced ones.
  • I had a look today and I found:

Tesco spiral bound A4 notebooks with blue plastic covers for 42p
    4 pack of Sharpies 60 something p
    24 pack of Crayola £1.50
Tesco whiteboard pens pack of 4 30p
Zerba ballpoint pens with rubber grips pack of 10 30p
    Staedtler fine whiteboard pens 87p
    Cardboard document folders 20p

And some of the other things listed above. Didn't get any Pukka pads or big packs of Sharpies must have missed them.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.
