Haven't any experience of the printer, but maybe a good idea to check on consumable prices before taking the plunge. That thermal stuff sounds expensive to me.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Cheaper at The Link (online) at £14.97 including delivery - search for "sp2020"

Go via QuidCo for a few more pence off

Could not find any working voucher codes

Consumables are around the £12 mark when doing a quick Google earlier
    That's Numberwang!
  • If you go for a 120 pack such as
    http://www.cartridgepeople.com/epages/cartridgepeople.storefront/45a645260391df2a273fac10018b0654/Export/products/1284
then with 10% off through quidco you are loking at a price of 22.5p per photo. A printer will never be as cheap as sending away for them but for quick prints to share among friends and family (before they go home) this printer would be ideal. I bought the sp2040 (the one with LCD and card reader) for some friends at christmas and the quality is excellent (I would go as far to say as good as lab prints). The sp2020 prints at the exact same quality so this is definately a bargain. My sister is after a cheap photo printer after getting a digital camera for christmas so this is excellent.

Now out of stock - cheers for the find, but suspect my order will get bumped as with a lot of DSG's £xx.97 deals - ho hum!

If this wasn't a Grabbit, then none of us has a chance!

couldn't find any reviews on the usual UK sites but found this on a US site
    http://www.futurelooks.com/230-The-Amazing-Samsung-SPP-2020-Digital-Photo-Printer-Reviewed.html?page=1
it is spread over 13 pages - VERY annoying as each page has only a paragraph on!!
but seems a decent machine. I'd check you can get the consumables easily here, the fact I couldn't find any UK reviews makes me worry about availability here?
