You needed 6 tokens from the 7 that were printed.

First token was in Saturday's 1st October edition and the seventh and last in Saturday 8th.

Last date for receipt of entry form was Friday 14th October.

So closing date was only just over 2 weeks ago ....

... I know it seems a lot longer

Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your order for a Turkey on this occasion, but have arranged an alternative £10 Love to Shop voucher to be mailed to you.
This has no closing date, an can be used at Iceland - as well as many other high street stores. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Which is an interesting response as my telephone conversation went along the lines of the Sun confirming they had received my tokens in time and that my voucher had been sent! Still, a good resolution and happy I haven't missed out by not getting my turkey voucher.

I havent received my bonus gift card, or my other gift card which I sent off for a while back now. Have the tokens stopped now? My MIL said there were none in the papers last week?

No they are running till mid November I think but they were in a different place in the paper, further towards the end.

So go and raid the recycling bins!

Please can you let me know which email address you used as I've just sent one which has failed! Still no turkey voucher despite points being sent before deadline.

I've just got the same email and think its actually a better offer, especially seeing as I have no room in freezer at the moment for a turkey, we would have had to eat it now!
So the 'Love to shop' voucher can be used nearer to the time when its needed.
