I ordered mine when the OP first posted (sorry cant see the date without clicking back) and recieved mine yesterday. I am so pleased with the 2 purses (quality is brilliant) I have gone back today and ordered 2 more designing a one direction purse for my DD how happy will she be!!

Just in case anyone is out there thinking about a "quick" present........I ordered 23 days ago, and no sign thus far. I have emailed and had no reply. Order status does say "shipped" so we will wait and see.....

I've ordered several times from Artscow and it always has taken 3-4 weeks from order being placed - don't fret just yet! Shipped from, I believe, China so considering they very often include free P&P in this type of deal, it is very reasonable.

just to say that I took up this offer too and recieved the purses the other day, they are ok, some good some not, but I can safely say I will never use Artscow in the future or recommend them. They overcharged my credit card by over $200 in error and then told me they could only refund me to my paypal account. It costs me $11 :eek:to recieve the money because paypal charge a foreign exchange fee to convert it to pounds so I could withdraw the money to my bank account. Their customer service was rubbish.:mad:

Have you gone back to tell them this? I found them fab, but welcome hearing if they helped out in that situation - presumably you've got proof etc.

oh yeh I emailed to tell them how unhappy I was about it, this is exactly what the put in their email back

" Please understand that your credit card company didn't give us the option to partial refund. Thank you! "


I emailed them again to say they couldve done a full refund and then taken the correct amount, but I am still waiting for a reply on that one.
