Hi all, My details where passed to Aspire credit today by Experian's Credit Expert. They called me just now and tried to hard sell me a small loan saying that it would show me in a better light on my credit file in order to continue with an application for the bigger loan I am trying to get. (The only reason I am not getting main stream credit is I've found out i'm not the the electoral roll, although I have now applied to be on it.) When I pushed them I found out that I could just apply for the larger loan without this short term loan although they tried to deter me with suggestion that I would get guarantor loan offers. Has anyone successfully got a larger loan without extortionate APR through Aspire Credit?:eek:

Aspire are not going to lend you any money. They are a loan broker and likely to put you in touch with something like a payday loan company if anything.

Have a read of some of the threads on this section about aspire and steer clear - loads of threads on them, here is just one to start you off Aspire. I'm not sure anyone has ever obtained any loan from them.
