    Ring them tomorrow. I haven't been overcharged this time, but have had problems before with codes not working and returning books and their customer service is absolutely brilliant. They should train a lot of other companies I think!

    Just checked my bank statement and i haven't been overcharged this time. Did the postage def say zero when you went to checkout because i think postage is normally £1.95
