Just been given the exhibition diary for this year, and have a total of 8-10 weeks attending conferences and exhibitions,
Anyway back to the point I need some shoes that look very smart with a suit, yet I can stand up in for 8-12 hours, without crippling me, any suggestions, have tried Clarks in the past, and they are no use.

Agree with you about Clarks. I have a black pair of smart Hush Puppies and a brown pair of Rohde. Both very comfortable and bought in a small independant show shop in Felixstowe [ so not a large town]. Not cheap [ approx £50 a pair] but well worth it.We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0

Brasher make excellent quality, comfortable shoes for people on their feet all day. They are expensive but sometimes do pop up in T.K Maxx. Good luck.0

Hello DKLS
Another vote for Hush Puppies from me too.;)
I have a pair of Hush Puppies black leather court shoes with a 2" heel and they're the most comfortable pair of 'smart' shoes I've ever worn.

Have you tried Flyflot? Like walking on air!
Not sure whether they do 'business' styles though.
Have a look at

Hotter shoes are lovely and comfortable and they have quite stylish designs too. Again, they're not cheap, but can you really put a price on comfy feet?
Best of all, they've a sale on at the mo

Another vote for Hush Puppies from me - I have very wide feet, and I'm also a size 30, so there's a lot of pressure goes on my feet - lovely comfy shoes that last and last. Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
